Hi! I’m Beth - founder of Refresh’d.
What started as a lockdown passion project (just me, a fridge full of ‘stuff’ and a mind full of ideas) has grown into a meal prep movement.
In 2020, I was cooking for friends and family and that’s now grown into a community of foodies who enjoy food that’s fresh, full of flavour and made with love week in, week out.
Everything that leaves the kitchen is equally delicious and nutritious. My qualifications include Level 2 Hygiene & Safety and Nutrition & Healthy Eating.
